1. Why did you join ABSA?

The people, by far. Everyone is truly so welcoming and just wants to see you succeed. The supportive, uplifting environment is what drew me to this org, and I've made some of my closest friends through it. Also, the opportunities ABSA offers are endless. Coming into UT, I was definitely looking for professional development to expand my network and advance my career, and I received that and sooooo so much more. It's an amazing place to learn, grow, and have a LOT of fun! :)

2. What is your favorite ABSA memory?

Dallas CFT! Fun times, great people, lit companies.

3. If you could give one piece of advice to your freshman self, what would it be?

Don't take this year for granted!!!!! Leave your room, go explore, and quit being in your head so much. This is your time to figure out what you like, what you don't like, meet new people, mess up (not too much...learn from your mistakes lol), and obviously, have fun!

4. What is your favorite food/ favorite place to eat in Austin?

Chuy's. Chicka chicka boom boom is unmatched.

OH CANES ON MLK TOO (has to be after 10pm, box combo: no slaw extra toast - butter on both, extra crispy fries and tenders, extra canes sauce, 3 packets of hot sauce.)

And buffalo wings from UT wings and boba food truck

And chicken tikka pizza from the truck to the right of that one

And then Pluckers, Tumble 22, Chipotle, and Hopdoddy's too :D

5. Name the top five things on your bucket list

1. Eventually be a teacher of some sort!

2. See every corner of the world (especially Pakistan with my parents)

3. Learn how to play the guitar

4. Open a Chick-Fil-A franchise

5. Meet Drake

6. What fictional character best represents you?

Spongebob Squarepants fosho. Goofy lil guy, always happy, crashes out occasionally.
