1. Why did you join ABSA?

I attended ABSA’s 1st Info Session because I felt underprepared as a freshman. I came back because the people seemed so genuinely happy to be among each other! They were so cracked, yet so goofy, and they immediately invested their time into me. I joined ABSA because they believed in me and gave me a place to call my home.

2. What is your favorite ABSA memory?

Picking between 3 years of amazing memories is SO TOUGH. That being said, I think I would pick Dodge for a Cause Freshman year. Playing in the dodgeball tournament with my branch, dominating against competitors, and winning 90$ Kendra Scott earrings was pretty unforgettable.

3. If you could give one piece of advice to your freshman self, what would it be?

I'm giving two pieces of advice lol:

No matter what you think you know, there is ALWAYS more to learn.

No amount of failure or embarrassment measures to the regret you'll carry if you don't try.

4. What is your favorite food/ favorite place to eat in Austin?

Cuantos Tacos (Food Truck)
